“Level 2 Charger for my vehicle. Purchased a Juicebox 32 Enel X Way and the company decided to cease operation in North America. Now I have equipment I paid $579 for that is inoperable and still under the supposed warranty. I have been referred to Voltie Group by Enel X Way which informed me they took over customer assistance but they have not returned any email or voicemail messages. After doing some research I read that I should submit a complaint with the NHTSA because there is possibly an open investigation regarding this situation. …”
