“There is another recall 2nd one for this vehicle that now I cannot charge it . Park near other vehicles or in my garage due to fear of fire. Dealership says they are doing approx 1-2 a month and I am #59 on the list. I have not been offered a replacement vehicle. They told me I could not trade it in because it is “unsellable”.”

NHTSA complaint #11717420, filed 2026-02

“I just left my house and i was getting on the highway and the service 4 wheel drive light came on then all a sudden the car slowed down then it accelerated really fast so i pulled over and put it in park then when i tried to continue driving i put it in drive and it would not move. The engine ran but it would not move so i had to get it towed to the dealership”

NHTSA complaint #11699051, filed 2025-11

“The vehicle has been under recall since September 2024. They have been unable to repair it. I requested a refund or replacement since it has been nearly a year now without repair. The company offered me $9,000 and $9,000 to the lawyer I had contact them. This is not acceptable since they cannot repair the vehicle they need to refund my money or give me a new car.”

NHTSA complaint #11682566, filed 2025-08

“Vehicle is subject to Recall 68C (Fire Risk). Manufacturer states remedy is 'Not Yet Available.' I am instructed not to charge the battery and to park away from structures. I cannot safely park the vehicle at my home or use the electric propulsion I am paying for. The vehicle presents an immediate fire hazard while parked.”

NHTSA complaint #11703417, filed 2025-12

“Sometimes pulling out my wrangler hesitates to accelerate. I've had couple of scary situations megeing onto the highway and pulling out at a intersection. Sometimes going up hill it seems to lose power. The Jeep used to never have a problem in any of these situations. Something has seemed to change. Help!”
