“Our vehicle has been. Undriveable since recall 68c/25v-741 and has been at the Jeep dealer (friendship Jeep chrysler in forest city nc) since 1/5/2026 with no guidance as to when to expect a fix and return to us. Between car payments, insurance payments, and accelerated depreciation we have lost thousands of dollars and we are not able to use the vehicle.”

NHTSA complaint #11720727, filed 2026-02

“After recall 68C on this vehicle, my power output has noticeably altered. I did have a HV battery replaced due to failure as well. Yes, they have extended warranty for that HV battery, but also down scaled its original abilities so it is not the vehicle that we originally bought. It does not feel safe on the road, and is constantly under do not park in structures warnings from Stellantis.”

NHTSA complaint #11765644, filed 2026-09

“Vehicle has a recall on it for the high pressure fuel pump. I have been told by the dealership this part is on back order and can take 12 months before they can fix the High Pressure Fuel Pump. I called a second dealer ship and they also told me it could take 3-12 months before they could fix it due to limited supply of the part. DMV will not give me my car tags until this recall is remedied.”

NHTSA complaint #11613825, filed 2024-09

“Driving on the interstate with Adaptive Cruise Control on at 72mph the vehicle loss power. Error message appeared, Performance limit pull over put in p and start plus service charging system . Vehicle quickly decelerated and luckly I had a place to pull over out of traffic. I then restarted the vehicle without issue.”

NHTSA complaint #11496725, filed 2022-12

“My 4E is currently under recall for a battery/fire issue so have been relying on gas to fill the vehicle. Recently, after pumping gas for 10-15 seconds it shuts itself off at the pump and often gas spills out from the fuel neck. Jeep has had this problem on many of their vehicles for years and it is not covered warranty. There needs to be a safety recall. Its horrible I cant charge the vehicle and now I cant put gas in it either.”
