Undriveable since recall 68c/25v-741 and has been at the Jeep dealer (friendship Jeep chrysler in forest city nc) since 1/5/2026 with no guidance as to when to expect a fix and return to us. Between car payments, insurance payments, and accelerated depreciation we have lost thousands of dollars and we are not able to use the vehicle.”
