NHTSA complaint #11613249, filed 2024-09

Other or unknown: “I have a Nuna Rava carseat that has malfunctioning harness straps. The straps can be pulled loose even after proper buckling and tightening. NHTSA complaint #11634370, filed 2025-01

Electrical system: “Odometer Fraud: The contact owns a 2024 Lexus TX 350. The contact stated that a mileage discrepancy was discovered. The vehicle was a dealer sale. The contact discovered information indicating that the vehicle was a cloned vehicle. At the time of purchase, the vehicle mileage was 39,000; however, during a service appointment, it was discovered that the vehicle mileage was 41,800.”

NHTSA complaint #11764460, filed 2026-09, 41,800 miles

Engine: “Starting in drive with the brakes depressed, when trying to accelerate with the gas pedal, the vehicle will not activate the engine from electric mode(EV). The car will not accelerate even with the gas pedal fully depressed. It has happened four times so far. Safety issue because when I’m pulling out into traffic to make a left or right turn, the car will not accelerate and therefore can get hit by oncoming traffic, especially when I am trying to merge into a lane with oncoming traffic. The car crawls and will not accelerate. My car is a hybrid vehicle. …”
