I tried three times to open with the release button. It would not open. So I went opened and stood at the door to press the release button from inside twice and it still wouldn't open the tailgate. As my sister was coming out of her home she was yelling for me to move move because I had not noticed that the MKX was rolling out of driveway. With me still standing outside of it. I finally just feel because I couldn't keep up or jump in to stop it. …”
