“As I was preparing to exit a parking lot, driving at a slow rate of speed and turning, the driver side door swung open unexpectedly. I was still in the parking lot when this happened. I pulled over to shut the door, but it would not latch at first. It took a few tries to finally get it to latch. Later that evening when my husband came home from work, he noticed the same door was open, as my car sat parked in the driveway. Again, it took a few tries for him to get it to latch closed.”
