“Consumer was slowly pulling up to a traffic light. While depressing the brakes vehicle continued to roll, and collided with the rear end of another vehicle. Upon impact, air bag did not deploy. Consumer sustained chest, leg, and neck injuries. Also, automatic shoulder belt failed to work. Police arrived and cited the consumer.”
