“There is a clicking noise when stopping and accelaratiing, this clicking sound comes from the front tire area, it started about 8 mos ago and now it is getting worse, I bought the car new. It also has like a whistling noise when driving 65-70 and over. Two issues the clicking noise coming from the front tire area and the whistling noise when driving over 65 MPH. I've never have bumped the car over the sideside walk for the clicking noise it just started. I don't know why the car makes the whistling noise at high speed”
NHTSA complaint #11191753, filed 2019-03“The contact owns a 2016 Nissan Sentra. While driving 60 MPH, a loud noise was heard coming from outside the vehicle, and the vehicle pulled to the right. The vehicle was not taken to an independent mechanic or dealer for diagnostic testing or repairs. There were no warning indicators illuminated. The contact thought the issue was due to the side view mirror positions since she was short. Upon adjusting the mirrors, the failure persisted. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue and advised the contact to take the vehicle to a Nissan dealer for diagnostic testing. …”
