“When in motion, strong crash noise on the front passenger side suspension even after changing the shock absorber at the dealer. It is happening since ive communicated at 8000 miles services. I am affraid that my family is not safe in this car.”

NHTSA complaint #11024075, filed 2017-09, 8,000 miles

“Takata recall. The drivers side axel boot started making a clicking noise at only 25,000 miles. I have been told that the whole axel needs to be replaced. This has not been from any damage caused to the vehicle, just normal driving conditions wear and tear. This component should not have started having problems at only 25,000 miles. I first noticed it when slowing down to brake, and now it does it when you slow down to stop and when you take off again. My vehicle only has 39,000 miles on it. …”

NHTSA complaint #10837066, filed 2016-02, 1,200 miles

“Electrical & bluetooth problems with the car: the system shuts itself down & reboots without prompt. The Nissan logo reappears on screen in the same manner that it does when the vehicle is first initiated via keyless start ignition. Three weeks ago, I was driving & the system shut down while I was in transit on the freeway (bw parkway) - headed to baltimore city from bowie city in maryland and rebooted itself. The fear is that the car will shut down one day, not just electronically, but also the engine, which could cause a fatal accident. …”

NHTSA complaint #11191403, filed 2019-03, 42,000 miles

“The contact owns a 2015 Nissan Sentra. The contact stated while driving at various speeds on a bumpy road, the vehicle would skip to the passenger's side. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed that the front passenger's side lower control arm ball joint had failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired; however, while driving 20 MPH on an uneven road surface, the vehicle started shuddering with an abnormal rattling sound coming from underneath the vehicle. …”
