“I took my truck to youngblood Nissan in springfield and they said that they cant fixed my recall because of the lines were rusted something like that and is going to charge me 1200.00 but the recall should coverit”

NHTSA complaint #11118942, filed 2018-08, 127,000 miles

“While driving one the highway I noticed my vehicle start to shutter and shut down as if it ran out of gas. My fuel gauge said half a tank so I didn't think it was the problem until I walked to the gas station to fill up a gas can. I put 2 gallons of gas into my fuel tank that said I had a half a tank. I started my truck and it started. Since that incident it has happened 3 times, the most recent being yesterday 07/02/18. I replaced the fuel pump today in hopes that it fixes the problem.”

NHTSA complaint #11105393, filed 2018-07, 260,000 miles

“For the past three months, I've spent over $3,000 diagnosing and fixing erroneous warning lights. This past week, my truck (2005 Titan) would not start. The first time, it just cranked the starter, but would not engage. Now, I can turn the ignition to start and the starter won't even engage (no clicking noise, no noise whatsoever). It will start after several attempts, but I have to wait at least 2-3 minutes between each attempt. I've replaced the ECM (at my own expense) and it still does not start properly. …”

NHTSA complaint #11271414, filed 2019-10, 141,000 miles

“Cracked exhaust manifold found by dealer on an inspection but has been cracked for several years. When I researched the crack I found it to be an issue with no recall.”

NHTSA complaint #11291171, filed 2019-12, 162,000 miles

“Loud exhaust sound coming from the front, on both sides for the engine compartment. Due to a cracked manifold. I could also smell exhaust fumes inside. I keep the window cracked open when I drive for safety reasons, mostly when I have my wife and kids in the vehicle.”
