“While driving vehicle vibrated. Consumer heard a beating noise coming from the rear driver's side of the vehicle. Consumer saw the tread separate from the tire through rear view mirror. Firestone, fr410, DOT vdmo 41a 4100, p205/70r15.”

No one was injured. Two weeks before this , tire on the passenger's front side was replaced because it warped in high heat. Dot # hymoa9ao56. Manufacturer was contacted about tire. Atlas took care of half of the replacement cost on new tires. The peeled off tire caused damages to the customer's vehicle. Tire size p205/70r15.”
