“When driving slowly throught a parking lot, the dashboard warned to put the car in park. I could not steer, speed up, or slow down. I managed to park the car diagonally, and went into park. The vehicle then shut off and I had to turn it back on. Both of my kids where in the car”

When I lift my foot from the brake pedal and hit the gas the vehicle does not move. I had to hit the brakes and put it in park and then drive again for it to go. The last time yesterday I was on a hill and the vehicle went back when I tried to hit the gas. I took it to the dealer on Nov 19, and they kept it for four days and did not repair it.”
NHTSA complaint #11703594, filed 2025-12“I was pulling out of driveway, it is a steep driveway, I have kept vehicle in 4WD, I then backed up to turn around, the truck “lurched” and “jerked” forward abruptly. I thought I had hit the home in front of me or ran over something. It was not the AEB. The vehicle had changed from 4WD auto to 2WD on its own, creating a large “jump” in the gears. I took the vehicle to service and they could not replicate. This has now happened 3 other times and “jerked” me forward at lower speeds. …”

The truck has been in shop for 5 weeks and was told the truck had several codes that they couldn't figure out and the code are scrambled.
