NHTSA complaint #11061543, filed 2018-01, 120,000 miles

“Completed aem update which promised no change in performance. Truck is now dangerous to drive and does not meet my needs, which is why I purchased the truck. I nearly get t-boned pulling in or across traffic. The lag in the truck is extreme. I own a 21 foot boat and can barely pull it out of my 2 mile driveway that is on a slight hill. Truck bogs down and nearly stalls. Very disappointed in the truck after the update.”
