“I was driving on the freeway with my trailer loaded when the steering wheel stopped controlling the direction of the vehicle. It caused me to lose control of the vehicle and collide into another vehicle and hitting the freeway median wall. Unknown as to the component, I am still waiting for a report. Photos attached”

NHTSA complaint #11232796, filed 2019-07, 60,000 miles

“My 2016 Ram 3500 drw limited leans to the right approximately 3/4 inch. When I place my truck camper on top, the passenger side air bag/sensor does not rise equally with the left. As a result, I am driving down the road with an approximate 2 inch lean to the right. I did not notice the truck leans to the right until I purchased a truck camper 3 months ago. I took it to Ram, they put it on a computer to try and adjust the settings. It did not work. Apparently, only a few Ram mechanics in the us understand the system and can fix my issue. I'm more than happy to go anywhere to fix my issue. …”

NHTSA complaint #11235341, filed 2019-07, 18,700 miles

“Brand new vehicle with less than 1,000 miles on it has a violent shake at highway speeds between 62-72 MPH. Three different Ram dealers and Ram customer support team states that there is nothing wrong with the vehicle and it's operating as designed. Potentially a safety issue as the shake seems to make the truck unstable at times. This is occurring specifically on smooth highways and seems to be even worse around curves. Seems to be a fairly common issue among late model year Ram heavy duty pickup trucks and should be worth an investigation. …”

NHTSA complaint #10957508, filed 2017-02, 50 miles

“I purchased this vehicle new in 2016. It currently has approximately 49,000 miles. It has never been involved in any collision. In Feb. 2023 I took it to a Les Schwab Tire Center to have the drag link replaced & alignment done. When the repairs were completed the technician informed me that I may have a rear axle misalignment as he noticed the rear axle appeared to have shifted to the right of the vehicle & recommended taking it to a collision repair shop for further inspection. …”
