NHTSA complaint #11365541, filed 2020-10, 2,200 miles

NHTSA complaint #11281098, filed 2019-11, 1,000 miles

“Two main issues that are causing a lot of concern. 1) the hood shakes to the point that it will weaken over time and looks like at times the hood will come off. It's severely concerning. The fix was to adjust the hood stops. This only lifted the hood more breaking the seal around the hood with major air gaps this happens at highway speeds and in heavy winds. 2) the front end makes a loud audible clunk. We have replaced cab mounts, checked the suspension components and the issue is still there. Something is certainly making contact and overtime will wear out. …”

NHTSA complaint #11320836, filed 2020-04, 5,000 miles

“I have problem with rear window light water leak. This light has water leak and I have a lot of water after each rain. Many of my things were destroyed because of this. I know RAM has reacalls for this huge problem, but they denied to fix my car, because there is no this recall under my VIN. But I read a lot of comments on RAM forums and many people complaining about this issue. I also saw that some people were able to fix it under the recall but I don't have any idea who I should contact for help. …”
