“I was involved in a head-on collision at 35 MPH and the vehicle that struck me was traveling at 50mph. None of the airbags in my vehicle deployed and this has me very concerned.”

NHTSA complaint #10854977, filed 2016-04, 33,000 miles

“Our 2014 dodge Ram 3500 has about 45000 miles on it. About 3-4 weeks ago we noticed a clicky/poppy sound coming from the front end. We parked the vehicle and called the dealership to get it in. The appointment we had was for august 15th. You could have knocked us over with a feather when we got a call from them telling us the frame was cracked and we had to have hit something very hard to do this. I can tell you the only possible thing we can think of is a bad pothole that was hit at like 10mph and even that I find far fetched to have caused a cracked frame. …”

NHTSA complaint #11121728, filed 2018-08, 45,000 miles

“I get a bad vibration around 76-86 MPH. I originally bought a 2013 dually longhorn diesel , brought back 5 times to dealer and could not fix vibration issue, now having same issue with this truck, 70k should not be having to deal with this same thing again. I lost work, personal time and all aggravation with 2013 and now 2014 same issue. Something is wrong with these truck with the vibration issue and need to be corrected, it's going to vibrate itself apart and getting rattle noises when I drive beside the fact that it's shaking my guts apart . …”
