“The contact owns a 2007 Suzuki GSX-R600 motorcycle. While traveling approximately 40 MPH over a small bump in the road, the motorcycle frame fractured and caused it to crash. The vehicle was completely destroyed and the contact sustained severe injuries. The vehicle was excluded from NHTSA campaign id number 09v022000 (structure: frame and members:under body shields). She is in the process of notifying the manufacturer. The failure and current mileages were 11,000.”
