“While riding the motorcycle, sometimes there is sudden and unexpected rapid acceleration and deceleration which causes the motorcycle to become unstable and dangerous to ride. The problem happens very often and ranges from moderate to severe.”

Intermittent, abrupt opening/closing of the throttle causes rapid acceleration/deceleration. When attempting to smoothly roll off the throttle, the motorcycle initially does not slow down at all, then acts as if the throttle was slammed shut. Once a small amount of throttle is reapplied, it snaps back to the previous throttle setting. Creates a jerky, unstable condition, especially when cornering, or on slippery roads. …”
