“I was driving my 2015 Toyota camry le after dropping off my son at day care on july 13, 2018. I experienced a seizure while on the high way traveling at a safe speed with the flow of traffic. I became unconscious, and was awakened by a nurse who kindly gave me medical care to prevent further injury. The police officer stated that my vehicle began to slow down and veer to the left, hitting guard wires on the side of the high way. My drivers side window was shattered, and the left and right quarter panels were demolished. The roof was caved in and body was destroyed. …”

The contact stated that while driving forward towards the end of a driveway, the brake pedal was depressed, but the vehicle experienced a sudden and unintended acceleration as if the accelerator pedal was depressed down to the floorboard. There was no warning light illuminated. Additionally, the contact noticed that there was smoke coming out of the steering wheel, and the contact blacked out for a couple of seconds. …”
