“The contact owns a 2023 Toyota Camry. The contact stated that while the vehicle was parked, the contact became aware that the front driver’s side headlight lens had detached from the headlight. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where it was diagnosed with a detached driver’s front headlight lens. The contact was informed that the front driver’s headlight needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact stated that the failure impaired the driver's visibility while driving. In addition, the contact stated that the vehicle had not been involved in a crash to cause the failure. …”
