Example complaints

Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“Drive assist occasionally swerves out of lanes at parked vehicles, pedestrians, and even cars in on coming lanes. Happens inconsistently and is unpredictable. When the car is perfectly centered with drive assist on, you begin to let your gaurd down. Which is when you least expect your car to forcibly turn the steering wheel at an unsuspected bicyclist.”

NHTSA complaint #11407337, filed 2021-04, 30,000 miles

“Electrical issue on vehicle says that vehicles safety features are unavailable and all the light indications on the dash are lit up. It was taken to the dealership several times but the issue still hasn’t been resolved.”
