“Both passenger seats by controls plastic cracking. Infotainment center blacks out and marker bars and back up lines for both back up and front parking have disappeared. GPS even when linked to my phone screen will black out but phone gps will still work. I have complained about this multiple times. Toyota did a factory reset on it and didn’t fix the issue took it back and a tech had to re-install program said the Infotainment center has a known issue where it forgets the program. …”
NHTSA complaint #11706246, filed 2025-12“The Driver Side Seat Trim (Part 71806-0C102-C0) has cracked and under all estimates, it cracked around 30,000 to 35,000 miles. It appears, based on online searches, this has been a common problem with the the Toyota Tundra. I failed to schedule enough time on the 35K oil change, elected to get it addressed on the 41K oil change, only to find out it was not a warranty item, knowing good and well it was something Toyota has been replacing regularly. There's no reason this part shouldn't support the driver without cracking. I'm only 180 lbs. …”
