“I was driving on the highway 87 California from the south to the north. After I changed to the furthest left lane and stay within the lane completely. I started to turn on ADAS system, as I was adjusting the desired speed, I felt the car was speeding up too much to reach my speed set up, so I decided to step on the brake to slow down the car. Right when I step on the brake, I heard a loud noise from the car, which I strongly believe the car was experiencing the conflicting command within its software. …”

The first time, I was pulling into a spot at a grocery store & and car died in the middle of the aisle. I was blocking all traffic.
