“The vehicle exhibits a severe, structural inability to retain its factory suspension and steering alignment specifications under normal driving conditions, creating a severe tire blowout and safety hazard. At approximately 8,400 miles (January 2025), the dealership documented that the alignment was heavily out of specification. At approximately 9,400 miles (February 2025), a certified third-party shop corrected the vehicle back to perfect factory specifications. …”
