2023 Vinfast VF 8 Suspension Problems

“I had several alert messages for weeks and after a service call, they told me that they were no issue. with all this alert messages it is impossible to let my Daughter driving the car. it is too risky.”

The vehicle has been to the dealer on three occasions because of brake and suspension noises which prompted the dealer to replace the entire suspension system. However, my concern is with the vehicle's brakes. Under low speed turning with no brakes applied, the vehicle made a metal on metal grinding noise. Unintended rolling: Once, the car started rolling back when parked on a slight incline, requiring me to activate creep mode. Additionally, while parked in reverse, the car inexplicably moved forward even with the gear in reverse (extremely dangerous).
