“The tinting on the rear window is so dark, it makes it almost impossible to see anything when driving. I have to rely on the side mirrors only to see if there is anything behind me. It becomes extremely critical when trying to back up using the rear view mirror. You can't see any details and I have scraped objects behind the car.”

The person that scheduled the appointment informed me she was going to watch the technician as they reinstall the part so she can reinstall others. …”
