The failure recurred on numerous occasions. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who was unable to diagnose or repair the vehicle. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 72,000.”

The vehicle was repaired but the failure recurred. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 75,267.”
