“The brakes at the rear wheel locked up. Fortunately I was not traveling at speed but had stopped to get gas. It was at the pump that I discovered that the brake had locked up. The vehicle has been in the shop for six weeks and that to me is an indication that the problem has not been sufficiently reported. At the pump I came to a complete stop and I overshot a little bit. A very little and I could have filled the tank at the place. But none the less I think I'll back up a little to get closer to the pump. It was at this point that I could not move the bike. …”
