“While standing at the rear of auto with power lift hatch open.. I was moving some objects around and noticed that the hatch was closing , being startled a was getting pinched into the opening by the hatch door.. I pushed real hard with my back and did escape serious harm, now I'm watchful when in the back and hatch is open and I'm under the door.. It does start coming down slowly after being open for a couple of minutes.. Very dangerous.. Please advise.”

The contact stated that the navigation system failed to work and indicated that the route calculated was incorrect. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer in canada who updated the software and installed a new antenna; however, the failure recurred. The vehicle was then taken to an authorized dealer in the united states who provided a software update and the ECM controls were replaced, but the repairs did not remedy the failure. …”
