“We are having issues with the low beam head lamps. They are not safe!! We have contacted the dealer on several occasions for help, only to get a it's not our problem response. Gm is surely aware, as a search for help with the issue pops up many complaints and possible class action law suits currently in the works. What brings me here now is, my wife recently done some serious damage to the car and minor personal injury when she hit an object in the road that could have and should have been avoided if she could have seen it!! We are just thankful this was not a person. …”

Called Cadillac Customer Care and received a case number. Immediately received an email stating that she was my customer advocate and would get back to me within 3 working days (email is attached).
