“I was out running errands. I turn on my left turn signals and it was not working. I depressed my hazard switch, and turned it off and turned my left turn signals again and it started working. I have been having this problem off and on since the beginning of july,2014. I have read numerous complaints about this same issue. This is a safety issue that GM needs to address today!”
NHTSA complaint #10620924, filed 2014-08, 80,000 miles“The headlights no longer work. High beams and low beams both work, but the regular headlights are no longer in service under any circumstance. Now, the low beams go on when the headlights used to go on. When I drive at night, I am forced to keep on the high beams. This has been the case for the last 2 weeks. It never had a problem like this before. It started right around the time the vehicle reached 150,000 miles driven.”
NHTSA complaint #10823743, filed 2016-02, 150,000 miles“Driving down the road with my high beams on, my headlights went out completely. My low beams work ok but if I use high beams they randomly go out. This is the second GM vehicle I have had with this problem. The mechanic at the GM dealership said 4 of his 6 family members have had same problem. A former co-worker had same problem. I contacted GM and was told my car was to old for them to fix it...”
NHTSA complaint #10660984, filed 2014-11, 55 miles“Security light comes on while driving after car is turned off it wont start unless I turn on the ignition switch and let it sit for 20 minutes then the car will start. Turn signals lights rarely works properly and the check engine light stays on I've made the repairs under the codes and the check engine light is still on this is dealing with the emission testing.”
NHTSA complaint #10428721, filed 2011-10, 125,000 miles“My husband was driving at night at approximately 55 MPH, with my dim headlamps on. Without any warning the headlamps went out, he went off the right side of the road way to avoid any problems. After checking he did have high beams and fog lights yet. He proceeded home on high beams. The low beams never have come back on.”
