“Sliding rear window leaking, causing mold and ruined seats. Had it fixed in 2023 only 3 years of owing it. Now here 3 years later the same issue is occurring and they're not willing to make it right. Mold causes a safety hazard for my children and anyone in my vehicle. My truck only has 30,000 miles on it and I shouldn't be having this issue”

I have already had GM replace the rear window in 2023, it needs replaced again now in 2026. The rear window seal is failing, allowing a significant amount of rainwater to leak into the cab. Because of this ongoing water intrusion, the structural base and brackets of the rear seats have developed severe rust. …”
