Example complaints

Air bags: “Takata recall; received this recall notice july 2015 and it has been over a year and no fix in sight. I would really like to know what america is coming to. I am starting to believe we are becoming a third world country with GM getting away this type of safety recall and now there should be another recall on the dash now cracking in several places and looking online there are many other's cracking in the same place and falling apart. Would really like to get some satisfaction from a company that we the taxpayers were forced to bailout......”

NHTSA complaint #10302196, filed 2010-01, 7,779 miles

Brakes: “Sitting at a traffic light, and the brake pedal went to the floor, allowing the truck to roll into the intersection. The only way I stopped it was shift the transmission into neutral. I nursed the truck back home and found all of the brake lines are corroded with one blown out. The master cylinder was almost empty in one chamber. The other chamber was totally empty.
