“Air bag recalls, around my airbags the dashboard is cracked. My check engine light is always on because of the gas cap. So that makes my automatic start not work. Very disappointed. Would love to give my son a truck I worked so hard to pay for... But the airbags being recalled and dealership not having airbags to replace is very unfortunate for the safety of myself, my children, and my family. I wish GM would make it right!”

NHTSA complaint #11156519, filed 2018-12, 110,000 miles

“The complete fuel system rotted out from under the vehicle almost causing a fire. The fuel tank, fuel pump module, lock ring, fuel lines all had to be replaced and had to do a fuel spill clean up. Luckily, I caught the fuel spill before the cadillac converter warmed up. My mechanic advised me to file a complaint with you because this should have never happened and feels GM should issue a recall due to a safety reasons.”
