“Gas cap light always remain on. My RPM gauge is jumping an all of my indicator lights are on. These things happen upon starting the vehicle. There is a rough idle and I have to push a pink button to shift hers. The gears will not shift. I see that there was a recall for vehicles of my brand but my VIN number is not on the recall list. When I had my vehicle checked, I was informed that there was a recall that will take care of the issues that I am having”
NHTSA complaint #11298888, filed 2020-01, 150,000 miles“Motor mounts replaced, tie rods replaced, control arms replaced all done in the last month !! Why doesn't Chrysler have a recall out on this issues since it's known for it! Oh did I mention the gas pedal gets stuck all the time! Other thing is my check engine light keeps coming on and off...it's been diagnosed as the fuel pump....really at this point I'm tired of putting money into the car.”
NHTSA complaint #10615345, filed 2014-07, 101,000 miles“My car seats move while I am driving automatically. With my seat belt on sometimes I cant touch the pedals. Also, my car is stalling and it eats oil nonstop. I have had it checked and nothing is shown as wrong. I see there was a recall for this model and it was done so why is this still happening. Seat issue is very dangerous, I have to drive and hold the button forward on the door to stop it from moving.”
NHTSA complaint #10645068, filed 2014-10, 150,000 miles“Takes forever for me to pump gas in to the vehicle it can say it's empty and I will put 15 dollars of gas in it and it will register full and when it gets to a half a tank it will drop to empty as soon as it hits that point. Please fix this recall”
NHTSA complaint #10926292, filed 2016-11, 128,000 miles“I can't completely fill my fuel tank. At 1/2 tank it bottoms out to empty. The fuel gauge is completely unreliable.when making a left hand turn when the fuel is low it will stall and sputter. I was lucky enough that the dealer I bought it from changed the fuel pump right after I bought it because I ran out of fuel on a trip to ohio from illinois but it didn't fix the issue. I only drive it in town because I'm afraid of running out of fuel. Apparently this is very common with this vehicle and I feel there should be a recall. …”
