“When trying to fill my gas tank the pump keeps shutting off. It takes a long time to fill my tank or to know when it is truly full. I asked the dealership about it and they told me there is a problem with the venting and that I need to turn the fuel nozzel 90 degrees when pumping fuel. This works sometimes but I donxt find it acceptable. I shouldn't have problems filling my gas tank.”
NHTSA complaint #11062076, filed 2018-01, 50 miles“I was driving the car on a 5 lane highway going approx 50 MPH when the car shut off. The gas pedal stopped working and the car began to decelerate. On the console it told me to then put the car in p to start the car. I was able to pull over and restart the car however it happened again within 10 minutes of driving. It has proceeded to happen 10-20 times and cars is now in the shop. This is a very dangerous thing to have happen when you are driving.”
NHTSA complaint #11113605, filed 2018-07, 17,800 miles“Transmission shifting issue. Vehicle was at a complete stop. When acceleration from stop and making a right turn , the vehicle acted like it slipped out of gear and back into gear. This caused a violent motion in the car.at times when I step on the gas to accelerate the transmission does not always engage properly and it slips causing a delay in taking off. I have had it back to the dealer for all upgrades or reprograms for this problem and yet the problem still persists.”

NHTSA complaint #11254299, filed 2019-09, 40,000 miles“I have two occasions where my vehicle stalled. 1. I was driving at 40 MPH on the highway and everything went dead, I coasted to a stop on the side and was able to put it in park and restart. The second time I was stopped at a light on a side street, and started to go from a stop to a left turn and the vehicle start to go and suddenly went dead. I put it in park and restarted. No engine lights, nothing to tell me where the problem was. I am taking it in for service.”
