“Twice in the last week my Pacifica has stalled at a light. I waited at a red light and when the light turned green, I pressed the accelerator. The engine is on run but dash says shift to park after I press the accelerator. I shift to park then shift to drive and the car won't move. I have to turn the car off and then shift to drive and it will then go.”

NHTSA complaint #11060711, filed 2018-01, 9,000 miles

“I had a problem with the electronic injection for more than 3 times, and a piece that was solved was replaced. A short time later, on my alternator, it had to be changed. Now I'm having trouble with my air conditioner, which freezes and stops to freeze suddenly. Probably an electrical problem or some part that does not start and does not start the compressor.”

NHTSA complaint #11098151, filed 2018-05, 45,000 miles

“My 2017 Chrysler Pacifica lost all dashboard power yesterday which meant no heat, etc. I was going to bring it in to the dealer this morning but the power doors weren't working and it wouldn't start. A few minutes later everything electrical shut down and now it's completely dead. Seems there are many cases of issues with this make model year. Luckily it died when stationary.”

NHTSA complaint #11190487, filed 2019-03, 17,000 miles

“As I was driving down the highway my passenger window suddenly rolled down then my dashboard lights flicked on and off multiple times. The battery light and no traction light blinked, too. As I went to pull over to stop, the car completely shut off once I braked. I was able to restart and continue driving at that time. I was going roughly 65 MPH when the initial problem began.”

NHTSA complaint #11257407, filed 2019-09, 70,940 miles

“The power steering would go out, a notice would come up stating power steering unavailable , then the power steering would work for about 60 seconds and go out again and then repeat the problem. This just starting happening on 4/10/21. We had just gotten into the van and started driving, we went about 1/2 mile, it happened a total of 4 times. We turned around and brought the vehicle back home and it happened 2 more times”
