“When accelerating at low speeds the van shifts hard into gear and will not continue to accelerate even though the gas pedal is pressed. If I do not let off the gas when this happens the van will lunge forward. This happens in all conditions and on all road types. I have taken it to the dealership and they said it's fine. I can not replicate this on demand.”

“Twice in the last week my Pacifica has stalled at a light. I waited at a red light and when the light turned green, I pressed the accelerator. The engine is on run but dash says shift to park after I press the accelerator. I shift to park then shift to drive and the car won't move. I have to turn the car off and then shift to drive and it will then go.”

This just starting happening on 4/10/21. We had just gotten into the van and started driving, we went about 1/2 mile, it happened a total of 4 times. We turned around and brought the vehicle back home and it happened 2 more times”

The car was essentially frozen. We called aaa and the mechanic was able to get the car to start. We took it to the dealership but they have not been able to locate the problem.”
