2024 Chrysler Pacifica Engine Problems

“1st time: I was exiting my driveway and dash presented with no torque and a picture of a turtle came up saying power issues. Running on hybrid engine at this time. Pushed down on gas and no power. I turned van off waited a few minutes, restarted, gas engine came on along with the engine light on dashboard. I was able to return van to the garage. Came in and called the dealership. Took car to dealership next day and they plugged it into the computer to check. They returned the van to me saying they gave it a reset and said I should be OK to go. …”

It brought my speed down to 10 mph and I had to pull off the side of the road. This is now the 3rd time it has happened. “I would like to bring up a serious safety issue with this vehicle (2024 Chrysler Pacifica Select PHEV) WITH 6997 miles on the odometer. As I was driving, at approximately 11:15AM, I received a message on the dashboard that read, “Stop Safely!! Vehicle will shut off in < 2 minutes”. For my own safety as well as other drivers on the road, I tried maneuvering the vehicle to the side of the road, however the vehicle shut off within 15-30 seconds. The vehicle did not move at all. The serious safety concern I have is “What if the vehicle had stopped running on the major highways full of traffic”? …”
