“I reported this earlier. But after some testing Chrysler said that this problem has never happened before, but all you have to do is google it and you find many. I think my brakes have failed four times since I have owned it. The day I bought it in 2017 and three times in march 2019.twice moving and twice when I started it.it didn't finish starting but went to run???”

NHTSA complaint #11207069, filed 2019-05, 16,000 miles

“With just over 45,000 miles on the odometer, the van developed a leak in the vacuum booster. This initially happened while stopped at a stop light. The van would continue to roll forward until we put it in neutral. When we took it to the dealer for repairs, they verified that it was a leak in the brake booster and that it was not covered under warranty with the miles we had on the van. They also verified that there was no recall on this.”

NHTSA complaint #11257499, filed 2019-09, 45,000 miles

“While going 40 MPH and coming to a stop sign I took my foot off the gas pedal and coasted to 20 MPH. I then applied the brakes. The car shook a shrieked. The engine was still powering the car even though my foot was not on the gas pedal, but on the brake. I shifted into neutral and was able to stop the car. The engine returned to idle. The vehicle has not repeated this problem. The vehicle just had the u64 recall performed. This was a on a 40 MPH suburban road.”

NHTSA complaint #11112862, filed 2018-07, 12,000 miles

“The peddle makes an air release noise, and will force my foot up preventing me from breaking. I could be sitting at a light and the vehicle will start driving forward with my foot still on the peddle making an air pressure noise. This happens everywhere I drive and have to stop, if I have to stop immediately I have to use my whole body to push the peddle down making a popping noise sometimes having to release the peddle and try breaking again. I've almost hit several vehicles due to no control of stopping.”

NHTSA complaint #11268396, filed 2019-10, 35,000 miles

“I purchased my new vehicle and inside of 2 months I had two major problems. I went shopping and when I arrived at my destination and tried to park the car would not shift into park. No matter how long I waited or slowly or quickly I turned the shifting knob it would not shift into park. The parking break was also behaving strangely and would disengage on it's own as I tried to troubleshoot the problem. I had to keep my foot on the break pedal to keep the car from rolling away. …”
