“Yellow triangle,ABS,srs etc comes on intermittently. Scan diagnosis shows that c2200 ABS module internal failure, needs special programming. The light comes on while I am driving and then goes off again for a few miles and then comes on again. Brakes are working fine, had new brakes etc put on rear earlier this year. The light comes on when I am moving. This happens on city streets.”

NHTSA complaint #11153173, filed 2018-11, 76,135 miles

“As I was driving, and with no dashboard warning alert, the brakes suddenly sank to the floor. I drove extremely slowly, continuing on towards my apartment, and each time I had to stop, the brake pedal sank to the floor. I managed to get home safely, but the car still has no brakes.”

NHTSA complaint #11286335, filed 2019-12, 55,000 miles

“I was driving down navajo boulevard a main road in holbrook arizona a vehicle coming from a side road pulled in front of me and I had to slam on the brakes to avoid a collision. I then proceeded down navajo boulevard and quickly realized that I had no power no steering, no brakes, nothing although the engine was still running. I was able to proceed down the road and turn onto a side road to the side until it completely quit running and was able to stop on its own.”

NHTSA complaint #11196048, filed 2019-04, 162,450 miles

“The ABS module and master cylinder seem to have already gone. This is a major safety problem as described by Chrysler costing over $1000. I've read online and I am not the only having issues with my brakes.”

NHTSA complaint #10917345, filed 2016-10, 183,000 miles

“We bought this brand new and have had to replace both brakes and rotors 2-3 times per year due to shaking/wobbling when applied. The fact that Chrysler extended the warranty for brakes admits liability, brake system should be recalled and fixed, is Chrysler waiting for a class action law suit??? When I look at these forums it seems all owners are experiencing the same issue, that is a problem!!!! This vehicle is marketed as a family van for goodness sake!! Take responsibility Chrysler!!!”
