“I had a flat tire on my 2006 Dodge Grand Caravan and was unable to get access to the spare tire, stored under the front of the car. The system to lower the spare tire only lowered it a few inches and then the piece that you turn with the handle assembly only would jerk around if you turned the handles extremely hard. I tried doing about 30 turns though to no effect. The mechanism in the floor was turning with alot of effort but the tire was not being lowered. …”

“I purchased two goodyear integrity tires on 6/10/11 from duncan's auto repair in lincolnton, nc. Yesterday, 8/7/11, I drove less than 5 miles from my home to pick up dinner and back home (all on hard surface roads). There was no debris in the road, I did not run off the side of the road, and I did not hit anything. When I pulled into my garage and turned the car off, I heard a hissing noise and found that my tire was rapidly going flat. My husband took the tire off and found that the inside sidewall on the right front tire was split in three places. …”

The last routine service (12,000 miles) was at 10,970 miles. …”
