“My vehicle has less than 90000 miles and I've put 4 sets of brakes and rotors on it. I've also had numerous problems with it not wanting to start while the battery test out perfect. I have put 3 sets of tires on it, and the transmission is shifting hard a lot of the time also.it's a shame people have to die before y'all recall vehicles.”

NHTSA complaint #10610028, filed 2014-07, 38,000 miles

“Takata recall on my vehicle is possible with my transmission. While I was in motion and in drive my vehicle began to rev and not gain any speed. Takata recall, my cruise control light come on when in park but does not work while I am driving.”

NHTSA complaint #11164427, filed 2019-01, 86,000 miles

“The 2009 Dodge Journey brake pads and rotors wearout prematurely and create a safety hazard. I believe that the brakes are under-designed for the vehicle weight and should be redesigned and replaced under recall. I am a very conservative driver yet still have to replace the pads and rotors every 20,000 to 24,000 miles.”
