“The driver's side window switch will not operate the front windows or side mirrors but does operate the back windows. The air bag light is also illuminated on the instrument panel. I've been researching about the fault and found out there was a recall about the wiring harness. I need the proper paperwork or steps to get this problem and recall fixed. Thanks.”

NHTSA complaint #11321791, filed 2020-04, 135,000 miles

“I have the starting issue like others. The engine does not start. Sometimes it starts by itself after a while, sometimes I have to put the gear in n/d and back to p and try. In addition, sometimes the windows go up and down by themselves! I have seen many people have the same issue with this model. Please investigate it and make it as a recall!”

“I've had nothing but problems with my Dodge Journey my RPM ramp up to 4-5 whenever I attempt to go 40-45mph the check engine light is on. I took it to button Dodge and they fixed something that has to do with my transmission. Less then a month later it starts doing it again. So can you give me some advice on why. Also my locks and windows and turn signal don't work right.”
