“There are times when my ABS light comes in and my cruise control won't work and the anti skid lights is in. The brakes half way make this grind noise and I need feel the brakes locking up but not all the way but sure gets your attention. It's happened a couple times while just driving or going down road or stopping on city streets moving straight.”

NHTSA complaint #11180598, filed 2019-02, 78,800 miles

“When taken in to the dealer I was informed tht there was a problem with the ABS module.it was coroaded and shorting out the sysyem which also controls the speed sensors and traction control system. On tuesday may 7th I started the car and the speedometer did not register and the automatic door locks did not engage the brakes also hopped when I tried to slow down or stop.”

NHTSA complaint #11206801, filed 2019-05, 68,000 miles

“When it rains the ABS, traction control lights and service all wheel drive lights come on and the cruise control does not work . Next day soon as I drive all lights go out.it is happening more and more..thier is a recall for 2015 Dodge Journey for this but they say not for mine.funny that I have same problems and same year car. This happens when driving in the rain or wet roads.”

NHTSA complaint #11257782, filed 2019-09, 75,000 miles

“Was parking on an incline, I had come to a complete stop. When I applied the parking/emergency brake the cable disconnected from the parking/emergency brake pedal. There was an audible pop and the pedal fell towards the firewall. The pedal no longer retracts without manual assistance. When fully retracted, if not held in place, the weight of the pedal trips the brake's sensor and the brake alarm.”

NHTSA complaint #11082088, filed 2018-03, 32,179 miles

“While driving my ABS/awd light continues to come on. I checked to see if there is a recall for the ABS and it shows but does not come up with my VIN. The light comes on and then there is a kick and dragging sound coming from the vehicle so I stop, put it in park and try to proceed again. I don't feel safe. I recently purchased the vehicle and nothing was mentioned about the ABS. This happens whether I am in my driveway or in the parking lot a work.”
