“Soft top cable that secures stop top became loose or broke. Only opened the top 5-10 times. There is now i rattle and the top is not secure. This is horrible. I have found this mentioned mulitple online threads trying to figure out how to fix. This is obviously a manufacture defect. I bought the bronco in feb of 2025.”
NHTSA complaint #11685826, filed 2025-09“I have the following problems. 1. The lane keep sometimes jerks the wheel out of my hand while going around a corner. One time it made me drive off in a ditch. 2. The windows get stuck and won't completely role up. My car sometimes smells like plastic is burning 3. When i have the heat just on my feat it blows out of the defrost and not on my feet. I don't have defrost on just feet only”
NHTSA complaint #11635800, filed 2025-01“The vehicle was parked in my garage, engaging from park to Drive. The glass blew out from the inside out and the struts shot outward. Luckily, there was no injuries caused by this, but if I were to be driving it could have caused an accident. the dealership said that the manufacturer would deny the claim that there was a manufacturing defect and I went through insurance to correct the issue. there were no warnings, lights, or otherwise associated with this sudden window break.”
NHTSA complaint #11759714, filed 2026-08“Regarding this recall notice 26S09/26V124 This camein the mail Friday, 3 days to late to prevent a accident. On that previous Tuesday, while backing out of the garage in full sunshine I backed straight into my wife's vehicle parked to the side. No warning sensors, no alarms. Progressive insurance is handling the claims, but I am still going to be out of pocket my 500 dollars deductible plus rental car charges. I can provide all information you might require, but I certainly feel this safety recall led up yi this incident.”
NHTSA complaint #11730466, filed 2026-04“*Question 1 The top part of the Fender Flare on rear driver side was not properly welded/glued to bottom part of Fender Flare. It peeled off and flew while driving down the highway. *Question 2 The top fender flew off while i was driving. It could have hit another car behind. I also don't feel safe having the other fenders on my vehicle. If one's faulty, i have concerns the others will also come apart while driving *Question 3 Took my vehicle to dealership service center to report the incident (dealership: Group 1 Ford of Kennesaw). …”
