“My vehicle was parked but left running. I went around to obtain my daughter from the rear passenger. While holding her I leaned in to the passenger front and pressed the button to turn off the vehicle when it suddenly began to roll in reverse. It's unknown to me what could have caused the incident but something failed/malfunctioned. Something within possibly the gear shifter glitched when power was cut off?”
NHTSA complaint #11589826, filed 2024-05“The hard top of my 2022 bronco has started to crack and Ford will not view it as a defect even when provided with pictures I know other bronco owners that also have this defect. The back of my hardtop has never been removed and that’s where a lot of the cracks present”
NHTSA complaint #11675940, filed 2025-07“Ford recall 23C05 states that the Accessory Protocol Interface Module software update is still incomplete. This was issued in March of 2023 with an expected remedy by the end of 2023. One month later, I still have not received a resolution to this issue. I cannot use this vehicle for my business because of an open recall. I feel that Ford has an obligation to resolve this matter in a timely manner and that time has past.”
NHTSA complaint #11568725, filed 2024-01“We received a recall notice letter from our dealer, AutoNation Ford Bellevue, with instructions to call their service department. We cross checked our recall status by entering our vehicle's VIN on the NHTSA website's Recalls page and verified that there is indeed a recall associated with our vehicle. However, when we called the dealer, the dealer claimed that there is no recall for our vehicle in their system and refused to perform repairs. …”

I found the two targa roof bags (option $699) on board, however no safety retention harness was on board at delivery. Call dealer next day for safety harness and her said on board door bags were deleted as a dealer installed option, but nothing about the safety harness at all. …”
