Example complaints

Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“I've had trailer brakes and lights not working off and on with my 2022 F350. They're aware of it and sent a recall. I went to have the recall performed this morning and the dealer told me that the fix for the recall also doesn't work and that they'll call me when the new fix is ready. Meanwhile, I'm getting into towing season and I'll be towing a large trailer across the country repeatedly with trailer brakes that might work or might not.”
