“I was on the highway going aprox. 65mph when out of nowhere the truck started shaking and wobbling, I lost control of steering untill I came to a stop. I got to the side of the road and got out thinking I had a tire blowout, but there was nothing wrong with my tires. The truck has been fine since but it was very scary for this to happen.”

NHTSA complaint #11352522, filed 2020-09, 45,000 miles

“While driving at approximately 55 MPH on the highway the front end and steering wheel started wobbling strongly, it did not subside until I slowed down to about 30 MPH. This is not the first time this has happened, but frequency is increasing. I have oem suspension, wheels, tires, no modifications to the vehicle.”

NHTSA complaint #11386697, filed 2021-01, 76,000 miles

“While towing a 28 fifth wheel trailer I encounter severe, and I mean severe front end wobble which almost caused loss of control on 3 separate occasions (death wobble). It occurred when hitting expansion joints at bridge crossings and when going over moderate road bumps. Speeds varied from 65mph to about 55mph.truck is relatively new with only 15k miles on it.”

NHTSA complaint #11190858, filed 2019-03, 15,000 miles

“Had truck repaired in april of 2017 with death wobble. Today it is back in for the same problem. Service person said there is no 'fix', just keep bringing it back n. Guess I will until it kills me in an accident! Same problems as before, front end goes crazy when hitting a bump or bridge xian's ion joint at freeway speeds.”

NHTSA complaint #11277326, filed 2019-10, 22,500 miles

“My 2017 f350 has 34k miles. If any bump in the road is hit it causes the truck to violently shake. Any speeds over 65mph this will happen. I have almost lost control 2 time. The violent shake continues until you can slow the truck to 20-30mph. Someone is going to die. Ford is not stepping up and fixing this. Please help!”
